These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of macondrywallcontractors.com and the drywall services provided by Macon Drywall Contractors ("we", "our", "us"). By using the website or requesting services, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the Website

You may use this website for personal and lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to bypass security measures, scrape content for commercial purposes, or impersonate any person when submitting forms. We may suspend access for users who violate these Terms.

Estimates and Quotes

Any estimate or quote we provide — whether online, by phone, or in person — is based on the project information you share and is valid for 30 days from the date issued. Final pricing may change if site conditions, scope, or material costs differ from what was originally described. We will always communicate any change in writing before proceeding.

Scheduling and Performance

Once you accept an estimate, we'll schedule your project and confirm a start window. Drywall work is weather-tolerant but can be delayed by complications from other trades (electrical, plumbing, framing) or by access issues at the worksite. We'll keep you informed and reschedule promptly when delays occur.

Payment Terms

For most residential drywall projects, we accept payment in two parts: a deposit at scope sign-off and the balance upon completion. Larger commercial projects follow a payment schedule documented in the project contract. Accepted payment methods include check, ACH, and major credit cards. Past-due invoices may accrue interest at 1.5% per month as allowed by Georgia law.

Warranty

We warrant our workmanship for 15 years from the date of project completion. The warranty covers defects in drywall installation, taping, finishing, and texture work, including cracks, nail pops, and tape separation under normal conditions. The warranty does not cover damage from water, settling of the structure, impact, alterations made by others, or normal aging of materials. Repair under warranty is at our discretion and limited to the original scope of work.

Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Georgia law, our liability for any claim arising from our services or this website is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or third-party claims.

Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide reasonable access to the worksite, keep pets and children safely away from the work area, and disclose any known hazards (lead paint, asbestos, mold, structural issues) before work begins. We will pause work and notify you if we encounter undisclosed hazards.

Photography

We may take photographs of completed work for portfolio, training, and marketing purposes. We will not include identifying information about your home or family without permission. You may request that we not use photos of your project by emailing info@macondrywallcontractors.com.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Bibb County, Georgia.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the site or our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
